If you are unhappy please send an email to email@example.com within 7 days of receipt.
Upon receipt of your email you will receive a Return Authorization number which must accompany your returned item.
The return must arrive back to us within 10 days after the Return Authorization has been issued. If not received within 10 days the RA will be voided.
To be eligible for a Return the items must be unused, in its original packing and in the same condition that you received it in.
Any returned items that have been damaged or used will not be accepted. We reserve the right to deny credit for any Returns that do not meet our Return policy requirements
An email confirming approval for a refund will be sent once the item is received and inspected.
Refunds will be applied as a credit for the purchase price plus applicable sales tax to your original method of payment
Gifts- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return in the form of a Gift Certificate that will be mailed directly to you. This can be used towards any future purchase at junglyco.com/
Shipping- To return your product, you should mail your product to 7400 N.W.52nd Street, Miami Fl 33166.
You will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
If your returns are over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
All sale items and gift cards are FINAL SALE. No returns/exchanges/refunds can be applied.
